The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has strong communication and organizational skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced (Virtual) environment.This is a flexible virtual position open to candidates with varying levels of experience; customer service /order processing experience is an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word is expected. Experience with shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx) and/or enterprise software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP, EDI) is a bonus. It is expected that duties and responsibilities are performed in accordance with standard operating procedures and requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Accurately process detailed orders received by fax, e-mail, and chat while adhering to established company standards.
• Daily preparation of end of day reports and review of orders in process.
• Generate shipping documents and labels.
• Analyze data and reports for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Ensuring all enquiries are estimated on a timely basis.
• General administrative tasks Knowledge & Experience.
• Maintain electronic (CRM System) and hard copy files including supplier/vendor surveys.
• Order related customer service tasks including, but not limited to; acknowledgements, clarifications, order status, inventory status, tracking information.
• Perform general office tasks and work on projects that may not be associated with daily activities, as requested.
• Resolve order errors and pricing discrepancies; work to prevent similar future errors.
• Following up on all late requests until the are complete.


Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience working for cloud business software application is highly desired.
• High School, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings / specifications.
• Ability to manage change effectively.
• Ability to work independently and cross functionally.
• Strong interpersonal communication and exceptional problem solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks efficiently.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations.
• Highly productive and efficient in handling a large number of tasks and requests with a high degree of accuracy on a daily basis.

Technical Requirements:
- Postpaid Service Provider account (Verizon, Sprint or AT & T).
- Physical address not P.O box (to receive job kits).
