Job Description

Mid- to expert-level knowledge in Exchange Server/Active Directory/Office 365 in the following technologies:
Office 365 Exchange Online, Azure, knowledge of directory synchronization technologies and authentication technologies like ADFS, PING, email gateways etc.
Lotus Notes to O365 Migration experience (Nice to Have)
Binary Tree migration and coexistence tool expertise (Nice to Have)
Skype for business, SharePoint online, Yammer, Outlook, OOTW
Management of mobile devices (iOS, Android) using mobile device management tools like AirWatch or other related technologies
Experience with Messaging systems like Lotus Domino
Experience with Exchange online with skills set including:
Managing Exchange Online policies, transport rules, litigation holds, troubleshoot mail routing, mail box and user management
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
Troubleshoot issues in a multi-platform, multi-team, production environment
Respond to end user support tickets in the technologies listed above
Provide second and third tier support for Office 365 and technologies listed above
Interact with technical staff, help desk personnel, or end users
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to users and to the messaging team
Adhere to company policies and processes like change management policies/procedures
4+ years of experience as an Exchange / Active Directory/ Office 365 administrator
MCSE or MCITP certification in Exchange 2013 and current Office 365 certifications desired (Not mandatory)
Office 365 technologies like Exchange Online, Outlook, Skype, SharePoint, Yammer etc.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enterprise ticketing software experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent team player
