Job Description

Is familiar with and follows the ITS Change Management process, with little or no supervision.
Coordinates program and/or data moves from development to test/education and production regions working independently, while
mentoring/assisting others.
Reviews Knowledge Base Documentation periodically, updating as needed working independently, while mentoring/assisting others.
Develops complete and accurate structured system acceptance test plans while mentoring/assisting others.
Executes testing and documents the results while mentoring/assisting others.
Develops and implements installation plans while mentoring/assisting others.
Develops/Updates appropriate Service Desk documentation for change management while mentoring/assisting others.
Monitors system performance statistics to ensure the changes perform within standards while mentoring/assisting others.
System Analysis and Design: Defining business/maintenance problems or changes and developing conceptual solutions to solve these with occasional
supervision.
Develops detailed, accurate, cost-effective and resource-conservative design solutions that integrate with existing products and provide paths for future
enhancements.
Develops design documents with general supervision that provide the following attributes:
• Indentifies major development objectives
• Describes system assumptions and constraints
• Specifies user-oriented system requirements
• Identifies major hardware and software components per solution as needed
• Describes key files and data elements including descriptions, purpose, usage and validation rules as applicable.
• Identifies in detail, input and output specifications, including input source(s), output media, retention requirements, screen and report layouts
• Defines program-to-program and system-to-system flows
• Defines necessary system controls including error detection and correction procedures, security and privacy specifications and auditing provisions
• Considers and estimates volume estimates to project the overall impact on the computer system when applicable
Provides accurate project resource estimates and timelines with general supervision.
Subject Matter Expert: Shares work experiences and expertise with others with occasional supervision. Providing technical guidance and/or business
knowledge and direction to project team members with occasional supervision.
Demonstrates knowledge of multiple systems and their integration with occasional supervision
Strives to improve business knowledge with occasional supervision
Demonstrates knowledge of technical tools and techniques with little or no supervision
Strives to improve technical knowledge with occasional supervision
Monitors industry trends for applicability, evaluating software and related technologies for recommendations, with occasional supervision
Participates in THR Educational opportunities and create career development plan with general supervision.
8 hours minimum time to be spent in educational opportunities.

deadlines working independently.
Monitors work progress, informing team leaders, team managers and/or customers of project status, problems or obstacles and workload problems in a timely

PWA will be entered accurately and on time 100%
Enters work time appropriately and timely into applicable system and tasks with little or no supervision.
Participates fully in PEAK Review Processes by completing forms and preparing for manager
