Job Tools

- Fully participation in project lifecycle from the review of Impact Requests, BND�s, Requirements, to participation in Analyze and Design sessions and UAT
- Ability to mine data outside of the MicroStrategy environment using advanced SQL and SAS coding methodologies
- Support information delivery and user interface tools such as review of access request, maintenance of job function templates used to access tool
- Training and education of user base, from comprehensive understanding of data to functionality of the NIC user sandbox tools to enable a global audience
- Provide program oversight to Business Intelligence platform through maintenance of data dictionary, compliance and controls, and creation maintenance of process flows
- Engagement with technology organizations to translate business to technology interpretations, schedule outages, and ensure appropriate scheduling of queries

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in writing advanced SQL and SaS queries to mine data from warehouse is must

- Experience with MicroStrategy or other enterprise business intelligence and analytic platforms

- Passion for driving user Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, tasks and objectives in parallel, adjusting priorities as needed

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment in the support of team responsibilities in an autonomous fashion

- Proven collaborative skills and experience leading and influencing in a matrix environment including ability to partner closely with onshore and offshore technology organizations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to persuade a broad level of constituents at various levels
- Bank and/or financial institutional experience, specific to the card payment industry, knowledge of GNS data a plus
- Bachelors in Information Systems, or equivalent preferred
