Job Description

Identify "key issues & risks" which will be subject to formal decision analysis, establish evaluation criteria, evaluation techniques, and alternative solutions using the defined decision analysis and resolution guidelines.
* Be responsible for the application of business process improvement techniques, such as; business planning, lean manufacturing & maintenance and Six Sigma, to assess, improve and govern the operational performance of the Project;
* Identify and document the scope of the work and developing effort, business plan, cost, schedule (WBS), and resource estimates, identifying the risks and opportunities;
* Support improvements across the four main project objectives; delivery, quality, cost and safety;
* Be working with local site teams, at all levels, to develop integrated supporting management processes/procedures. This role shall mentor, educate and motivate teams, and individuals, to implement agreed improvements;
* Be responsible for developing project plans and identifying the project process, lifecycle phases to be used to execute the project;
* Promote the culture and behaviors that support the creation of world class maintenance and/or Overhaul facilities.

As our ideal candidate:-

* You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related.
* You are PMP certified;
* You possess relevant experience in project management and best practices in transportation industry Fleet Management and Maintenance Techniques.
* You have a wealth of experience managing complex projects through to successful delivery.
* You have a continuous improvement background in procurement/engineering, constructions or manufacturing environment;
* You possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in similar role;
* You have demonstrated impact and influencing skills and advance negotiation skills;
* You show a very good level of judgment in complex situations, you have excellent organization and leadership skills;
* You have experience with the application of Kaizen methodology;
* You have a cost reduction mindset;
* You are an expert in business improvement techniques and their application to achieve bottom line growth;
* Knowledge of MS project, office, Lotus Notes, Maximo, SAP, Primavera;
* Your English communication skills must be excellent.
