Job Opportunity:

We are looking for highly organized candidates with great attention to detail for the position of Data Coordinator. Data Coordinators are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the corporate wide client services tracking system and data collection to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Data Coordinators will monitor and make recommendations the improvement of the collection of success indicators and outcomes for each program. The Data Coordinators will analyze and provide instructions for system improvement resulting in total quality management, as mandated by contractual requirements and maintaining the highest of corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitors and makes recommendations on client data system across all programs.
Maintains data integrity and security.
Monitors performance outcomes and success indicators for each program in the Corporation.
Takes extra security precautions when handling personally identifiable data.
Adheres to legal and regulatory standards and Company data guidelines.
Performs random quality checks on data.
Monitors facilitation of assessments for each program to ensure quality facilitation.
Analyzes present systems and makes recommendations for improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field.
Experience with database administration.
At least 3 to 5 years' experience performing statistical analysis.
Non-profit experience is a plus.
Proficiency with multiple software packages such as ServicePoint, SPSS, and Excel, including the design of formulas and graph generation.
Analytical mindset.
Attention to detail.
Ability to train staff on multiple software packages.
Must have supervisory experience.
Ability to monitor data.
Travel to 4 counties is required.
Ability to hire, train, and supervise staff.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good interpersonal skills.
