Description
Director - Information Technology is responsible for the provision of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) technical and operational maintenance and support services.
Leadership Skills:
•Extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting and allocation, implementation, information security program development, and administration, including technical architecture design and technology assessment
•Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including people development/coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
•Competence in key areas of management and leadership expertise including: relationship management, communication, staff direction and motivation, financial planning and control, quality management and risk management
•Ability to build relationships; Experience in a collaborative team environment, delegating workload and responsibilities
