RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides build, training, and support throughout the EHR implementation life-cycle, including workflow analysis, go-live training, and post Go-Live support and optimizations.
Produces accurate program code consistent with the design done while mentoring/assisting others.
This includes adhering to programming and subsystem standards, properly structured programming techniques, well documented internally and externally, and free from code, data and documentation side effects.
Coordinates program and/or data moves from development to test/education and production regions working independently, while mentoring/assisting others.
Is familiar with and follows the ITS Change Management process, with little or no supervision.
Reviews Knowledge Base Documentation periodically, updating as needed working independently, while mentoring/assisting others.
Communicates with customer, project team and vendors in a timely manner, with little or no supervision.
Skills required:
PC skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation skills, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work with all levels of healthcare client organizations.
Highly organized.
Experience with MyChart Billing and Open/Direct Scheduling build, implementation and support highly preferred.
Experience with documentation, workflow design, and product configuration.
Knowledge of clinical environments.
Familiarity with hospital and outpatient physician office workflows.
Experience working with providers, clinical and office staff.
The ability to work collaboratively with teams of all sizes.
