Job Description

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
o Receipt Management- ensure receipts are completed accurately and timely. Must be according to the client's date code and lot code requirements. If any discrepancies exist, report them back to the client. Must be processed and sent back to the client within 12 hours of receipt, or according to the SLA with that client.
o Order Management- ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time, and filled 100% with the correct product, lot, and quantity. In the event of shortages, communicate with the client to determine disposition. Communicate appointment dates/times with client, and if something is not picked up on time, report to the client. BOL's must be processed and sent back to the client via email within 15 minutes of attaining a driver signature.
o Inventory Management- maintain client's inventory accuracy and sale ability by routinely reviewing date codes, on hold quantities, distressed and age expired inventory, and communicating status with the client to determine disposition. Maintain accuracy by ensuring receipts and orders are processed correctly. Have the ability to research any inventory discrepancies by reviewing lot activities and determine root cause of any issues. Respond to client's cycle count requests and ensure they are performed according to SLA. Full understanding of inventory reconciliation process between client and company inventory systems.
o WMS Knowledge- be at a minimum an Advanced user of the WMS (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Super-User)
o Appointment Scheduling- handle inbound and outbound appointments for clients
o Complaint resolution- ensure client complaints are resolved to their satisfaction prior to closing a ticket.

Job Qualifications (but not limited to):

* Minimum Educational level:

o 4 year degree or extensive (5 year minimum) experience in related position

* Experience (if applicable):

o 5 to 7 years customer relations experience in a 3pl environment
o General office skills, ability to handle more than one task at a time.
o Must be adept in use of Google Apps, knowledge of software or personal computers.
o Must be willing to participate in company training programs.


Bottom line requirements we need notes on with candidate submittal:

1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of customer relations experience in a 3pl environment.
3. Some supervisory experience.
4. Operations experience in a warehouse/logistics setting is a plus.
