Job Description

Main point of contact and accountable for customer and sales quoting and ordering needs
Processes Sales Orders & Quick Sales and invoices for all products sold, work closely with sales team and customers regarding all quote to invoice needs
Take ownership of customer concerns regarding quoting, licensing, invoicing and processing
Work together with Sales Reps to understand territory needs, act as a partner to support selling efforts
Point-of-contact for customers regarding any operational/logistics issues
Works closely with fulfillment dept and tech support to ensure all outgoing new, repaired and replacement units are up to date with latest and relevant software.
Handles customer support calls and emails relating to quotes, invoices, and tracking shipments, license renewals.
Implements company’s policies and procedures. Functions as the “gate keeper” of the company to make sure the orders and Sales directors’ requests meet the company’s policies and in charge to stop them if needed.
Back Up for answering multi-line phone system, screens and directs incoming phone calls to appropriate people.
Review orders daily for accuracy and product availability to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
Keep current with basic functions of company product lines and software applications used by the Operations department.
Other administrative duties may be assigned.



Skills:

Attention to detail and accuracy required. Must have strong organizational skills, ability to work with frequent interruptions and under high volume environment. Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and prioritize workload is necessary. Possess professional customer service and communication skills (written and oral). Able to make sound decisions independently as necessary. Excellent problem-solving abilities with the use of good judgment and common sense.





Experience:

1-2 years working in a sales support environment or customer service. Salesforce.com (or similar CRM software) and ERP(NetSuite) experience preferred. Proficiency with MS Office (primarily Excel and Word) required. Word processing, data entry, databases, and spreadsheet software.



Other Requirements:

A positive attitude and collaborative spirit to work with other departments throughout the office. Self-starter with multi-tasking talent. Enthusiastic team player. Require minimal supervision and possess good time management skills. Flexible and open to change.



What You'll Need:

Experience working with sales teams and customers

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce highly preferred
Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
Experience in a professional office environment
Demonstrated attention to detail, specifically regarding data entry
