Job Description

Global manufacturer is searching for a sales leader to continue their multi-year trend of double-digit growth in their Consumer Division. This position will report to Director of North America Consumer Sales.

If you have an established track record of success and are looking for a high profile position in a very successful consumer products company, we have a unique opportunity that we are anxious to fill.

The successful Sales Manager will have the following qualifications and experience:

Key Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Must have significant experience/established relationships with: * Dollar General, Family Dollar & Big Lots. * JCP, Publix, AAFES, NEXCOM, Fred's, Lowes and Home Depot.
Final account base dependent on successful candidate's experience.
The ideal person for this position has the following minimal requirements:

Ability to work as part of a Sales & Marketing Team.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be ethical and honest.
Experience

Minimum 5 years sales leadership with experience in consumer packaged goods.
Successful experience managing Independent Rep. organizations.
Have a proven track record in Fact Based Selling (analyzing data, developing story, presenting and implementing strategies) that have created demand and maximized sales while maintaining profit margins.
The preferred candidate will have a business degree but we will consider equivalent work experience.



1. 5+ years of sales leadership with experience in consumer packaged goods.
2. Successful experience managing Independent Rep. organizations.
