Key responsibilities:
Agile project management, network architecture, resource management and coordination, project schedules/meeting deadlines, procurement, documentation, high level designs, insuring adherence to standards, company standards, policies and security policies for up to 50 simultaneous Agile stories.

Presented high level and technical designs to architecture and network review boards.

Developed Agile teams and processes for TechOps programs, trained resources/team members
Developed and maintained Team pages, Version One/JIRA boards and SharePoint sites and developed intake processes and pages
Coordinated resources to develop project tasks and address issues, assign appropriate resources, develop and execute plans to complete tasks and resolve issues for Data Networking, Routing/Switching, Network Security, Wireless, XML, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancing, Application Profiling, Application Development, Capacity Analysis, Proxy and Voice platforms.
Hosted regular team meetings, attended training and tech sessions to keep current on company policies, procedures, technology and security standards.
Managed network based projects to support various LOBs, include design and build data center infrastructure, migrate existing systems and circuits to new data centers, turn up new and decom old campus, branch and back office sites, design and build various IT systems, network and security based application development, capacity adds, data warehousing, develop and deploy new applications, systems integration, integration of newly acquired companies' networks and applications.
