Job Description

Position Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for reaching out to previous and potential clients in pursuing sales of replacement parts and products all the way up to complete trampoline parks. The Outside Sales Representative will provide great customer service pursuing these sales. The Outside Sales Representative will coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Trampoline Park Sales

Keep the production schedule busy by receiving calls from interested investors and turning them into customers/partners
Develop a strong sales pitch by thoroughly understanding what makes our business worth investing in
Perform outbound calls to obtain more business
Take inbound calls at any hour to meet the needs of our global clientele
Periodically travel to meet with clients
Maintain professionalism in representing the company and the product
Coordinate with supervisor to understand company policies, timelines and procedures
Organize with Project Coordinator to transition the sale into production
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential competitors
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Merchandise Sales

Perform outbound calls to our partners and potential customers to sell merchandise, and other goods
Create a merchandise reorder program to enhance monthly sales
Assist in the development of new products to sell in the market
Support our existing customers by innovating their parks with the newest, up-to-date products
Set and achieve monthly sales goals at the direction of sales supervisor
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Non-supervisory position

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's Degree - REQUIRED
Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales position (5+ preferred), and 1-2 years in customer service
Ability to navigate the Internet
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral
Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a variety of knowledge relating to the industry.
