Primary Responsibilities

· Oversee, manage and drive adoption of GDPR standards.

· Own and lead the GDPR program.

· Coordinate with teams working on GDPR compliance.

· Support the management and coordination of privacy reviews

· Coordinate with compliance and security personnel as needed to support integration of privacy, compliance, and security activities and operations.

· Implement privacy strategy and plans, integrating corporate privacy strategy and solutions 

·  Participate in privacy incident management and breach activities.



Skills and Qualification:

· Extensive privacy review/impact assessment experience in technology.

· A passion for deeply understanding customer needs, protecting customer rights and enabling business.

· Strong understanding of privacy policy, regulatory landscape, and privacy risk.

· Basic awareness and experience working information and data governance.

· Ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies and identify and mitigate likely privacy risks. 

· 3+ years implementing designed operational programs (focusing on people, process & technology)

· 3+ years of PM experience in the Governance Risk & Compliance arena

· Clear focus on PRAGMATIC solutions to practical problems

· Stellar cross group collaboration (i.e. soft skills) and a positive “CAN DO” attitude is a must

· Program management experience a strong plus (particularly in the area of compliance programs)

· Ability to go technically deep and quickly ramp up on new technologies

· Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments
