Job Description

Project Coordinator role has the overall responsibility for the facilitation and execution of all project tasks in a detailed, timely, and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:-

* Preview project proposal and plans to determine schedule limitations and budget to complete the project

* Coordinate activities of project to ensure progress is on schedule, is shipped on time, and is within prescribed budget

* Manage project schedule as dictated by the client to ensure that all dates are met and maintain internal systems and documentation to support client expectations.

* Manage the subcontracting of manufacturing to ensure that company standards, schedules and quality expectations are maintained.

* Collaborate with production to ensure that all project dates and quality expectations are being met


* Accurately review and document RE's and change orders

* Responsible for the procurement of all non-stock materials, researching and implementing new suppliers with the assistance of the procurement manager and accounting.

* Managing all aspects of finish samples from suppliers to meet the expectations of the clients and their material selections
* Input BOM and hardware requirements into MRP system, manage all details of MRP system to effectively run projects through shop and in the field, implement new procedures where necessary for MRP system to further increase efficiencies within the company.
* Evaluate the labor and material costs associated to each job code, report inconsistencies and/or inaccuracies and follow up on all resolutions

* Effectively and professionally communicate inside and outside the organization.

* Supervise detailing employee(s) and interpret personnel policy, conduct accurate and objective performance appraisal and rating of employees, and recommend transfer, promotion, demotion, release and further administers policy in accordance with company policy

* Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager

Qualifications:-

* Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent two years related experience and/or training, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

* Proficient Computer skills in MS Office and Project Management programs (MRP/ERP)

* Excellent technical skills and knowledge of store fixtures and/or architectural millwork.

* Ability to read and understand bid documents, specifications, spreadsheets, shop drawings and blueprints is mandatory.

* Possess good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

* Individual must be a motivated team player that can add value to a team environment.

* Ability to work with minimum supervision; possess self-discipline with the ability to effectively prioritize

* Ability to think creatively and apply ingenuity to problem solving.
