• Strong written and communication skills.
• Experience leading QA team.
• Knowledge of Web, Android and iOS testing MUST.
• Experience working with Agile environment. Familiarity and understanding of Agile STLC cycle.
• Work closely with Developers and product team and guide the QA team in getting the deliverables done on time with quality.
• Ability and past experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in handling external/user facing projects (communications, etc)
• Good spreadsheets/excel skills.
• Strong QA Manager having familiarity with project management practices.
• Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones with stakeholders and communication to senior management.
• Prioritize projects and communicate to key stakeholders.
• Maintains Customer satisfaction through effective project management & strong commitment to service
• Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
• Good SQL knowledge
