As time went on and technologies changed, the systems were unable to be maintained and enhanced to continue to meet the business needs. OPMC is now at a point where a complete redesign of a case management system is necessary to allow OPMC to meet its regulatory requirements and to integrate with other integral computer systems to allow for the most efficient and accurate handling of the complaints.
