DOC seeks SAP ERP Help Desk Support Consultant to provide technical assistance and end user support using the SAP ERP application in the areas for Materials Management, Manufacturing and Logistics.
This resource will be working with DOC's personnel at Central Office and in the field regarding SAP system functionality, maintenance (i.e., Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD, Production, Planning and Control (PP), Product Data Management (PDM), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
Responsibilities:
• Functional application design and configuration, analysis and issue resolution, thorough testing and validation, provide SAP ERP Help Desk support, data corrections, setups, mass system changes, query assistance.
• Provide end user training.
Required/ Desired Skill:
• Experience using formal requirements gathering methodologies (Required 4 Years)
• 4 year college degree or equivalent (Highly Desired)
• Experience developing business, functional, and non-functional requirements (Required 4 Years)
• Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix (Required 4 Years)
• Minimum 4+ years current configuration and support of SAP in the areas of Inbound or Outbound logistics, Materials Management, and/or Manufacturing (Required 4 Years)
• Strong written, organizational and communication skills (Required)
• Experience with standard project management tools and concepts (Required)
• Must be able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision (Required)
• SAP Certification, SAP experience in manufacturing operations or distribution environment (Required)
