Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate has minimum 6 plus years’ experience with clinical ancillary system solutions and have selected and implemented multiple clinical ancillary systems in the role of project manager.
• Candidate should have experience as an analyst for clinical ancillary system solutions.
• Candidate must have experience that includes both system and hands-on operational experience in a surgical, clinical or clinical ancillary department.
• Candidate must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Candidate must have experience in working directly with the clinical ancillary department resources at all levels.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal communications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the project manager for the system implementation and support of a Clinical ancillary system solution using system development lifecycle methodology.
• Develops and implements the operational design sessions for the current and future state analysis and documentation.
• Directs the vendor, clinical end user, IS clinical analysts and IS technical resources thru the implementation project tasks
• Performs project tasks for the implementation of the system.
• Develops and maintains all project documentation being: project work plan, issue log, current and future state design documents, test scripts and testing results
• Maintains on-going system support of the clinical system that includes upgrades and implementing additional functionality of the system.
• As a team member of the clinical ancillary team, provide production on call support for all clinical ancillary systems.
