Job Tools

The SharePoint Online Technical Specialist will work with the current SharePoint administrator to:
Customize libraries and forms, user interface, integration with complementary tools (PowerBI, PowerApps), development of customized workflows;
Work with Site owners to streamline the document management and workflow processes;
Assist with establishing meetings and participation/engagement in SharePoint Governance Board and User Group Meetings;
Review and monitor respective site collections to ensure compliance with SharePoint structure and Best Practices;
Assist users to implement and comply with retention policies;
Provide ad-hoc training to site owners and users;
Coordinate development of sites with department management (where appropriate);
Assist with establishing an annual permission review process;


Required Skills

Strong Sharepoint Online experience
8 years Customize libraries and forms, user interface, integration with complementary tools (PowerBI, PowerApps), development of customized workflows
