Required Skills:
Experience in business process analysis- Required - 7 Years
Experience working at Program level and coordination of deliverables across multiple projects that make up the program – Required - 5 Years
Working knowledge of application development life cycle-Required - 5 Years
Strong analytical and conceptual skills –Required - 5 Years
Working knowledge of business improvement process and industry best practices Highly desired - 5 Years
Microsoft Suite experience (e.g, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) -Required -5 Years
Experience developing and documenting user cases, test plans, scenarios and scripts Required- 3 Years

Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for development of business requirements, test plans, test scripts and assisting with maintenance of project management tracking. This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis, testing and has a basic understanding of project management and system development life cycle. The individual must have proven experience with enterprise level COTS projects. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager in assisting with solution documentation and project management tools to meet State IT requirements.

Role responsibilities:
• Analyze, define, and document requirements for work flow and business processes
• Document the projects and project deliverables as assigned
• Work with the PMO Manager, Project Manager, Business Customer and project team
• Develop and document test plans, scenarios and scripts
• Analyze and estimate feasibility and compatibility with other programs and projects
• Consult with users to prototype, refine, test, and debug solution to meet Change Management needs
• Provide quality control for project deliverables
