Work with customers to understand requirements, design solutions based on the requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.

Work on one or more projects to design, build, develop, implement, test and deploy solutions using Salesforce platform, preferably using Salesforce Lightning and the declarative model.

Provide technical support for existing as well as new solutions built in Java and/or on the Salesforce platform.

Lead Scrum teams and project estimation for development sprints

Document business requirements and design solution to meet requirements.

Strong presentation and communication skills

Solid understanding of business analysis and product management concepts and techniques

Team orientated, collaborative, diplomatic and results driven, with proven success over a variety of business problem resolution.

Business requirements capture and analysis

Familliarity with clinical trial or clinical research

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and develop Salesforce solutions through initial prototype design, testing and deployment of solutions to the production instance using declarative model.
Research best practice approaches to define optimal solutions.

Demonstrate strong service skills, including the ability to relate well with a variety of customers and management.

Drive best in class product features and user experiences for complex projects of varying sizes for web-based, mobile applications, and support hardware components

Document requirements in accordance with established templates using Use Cases, Business Rules, and Process Flows

Manage changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools

Identify opportunities to create business value

Participate in project planning meetings and activities

Identify ways to streamline and/or improve efficiency of work

Provide support in the development of Release Plans and Release Notes
