Job Description

Be the “go-to-person” in the region.
Respond to immediate investigational needs of the customer.
Methodically troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with a world class Research group.
Develop troubleshooting guidance for customer and in-house use.
Provide product feedback for Research planning.
Provide feedback to CAS Management for quality process improvement, serviceability needs.
Present capabilities and roadmap plans at user forums and sales calls/meetings.
Brief and train the local Sales force in the region, work and support the business activity.
Record lab activity in case management system in real time.
Meet and exceed CAS performance KPIs.



Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent Technology field.
Previous experience in Digital forensics, Engineering support or Technical Support(Tier 2 and above)
Experience in electronics software quality testing – Asset

Skills and Knowledge

Understanding mobile extraction technology, mobile OS internals, locks, encryption (e.g. advanced UFED operation, physical extraction using dd+netcat )
Basic sysadmin & IT troubleshooting skills on both Windows and Linux (e.g. command prompt, shell commands, configure IP/DHCP, format a flash drive, package installation, zip/tar file archiving)
Demonstrated hands on knowledge of scripting (bash, python, batch files) -- advantage
Committed and enthusiastic about meeting law enforcement customer needs
“Can do” personality, adaptive and able to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment
Quick learner, tech-savvy, enjoys troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to break down complex technical issues to different levels of stakeholders.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Adept in working in a cross cultural, geographically spread, global team across multiple time zones.
