Job Description

Solid experience in troubleshooting Windows Server event errors

Solid experience in server hardware troubleshooting and repair (i.e. 1U, 2U, 4U rack mount servers, HP Blades, HP ProLiant’s, etc.) 2008R2 and 2012DC experience

Server room or Data center experience

Good LAN / WAN knowledge

Basic Linux exposure with command line exposure

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication and written skills (i.e. ticket documentation is important)

Strong customer service, customer focus skills

Strong sense of accountability and responsibility in supporting IT environments

Strong team player

Positive attitude
