Responsibilities:

Leading and supporting a team of onshore / offshore automation testers
Create manual test cases from business functional requirements and later convert those test cases to automated test scripts
Automation test case design and code coverage reviews
Facilitate the review of applications and software for automation capability
Implement automated tests that verify functionality, performance, reliability, scalability and security of applications and components
Create automated test scripts from business functional requirements and manual test cases
Developing test strategy and test plans, creating manual test cases &automation scripts
Create and distribute daily/weekly status reports to management on work and issues found during test.
Defining and reporting KPI’s / Metrics to executive staff
Developing a test automation strategy, setting up and maintaining an automation framework

Skills:

Must have experience leading and supporting a 5+ team of onshore & offshore automation testers
Must have experience leading automation test case design and code coverage reviews
Must have experience facilitating the review of manual test cases for suitability for automation capability
Must have experience creating manual tests and Implementing automated tests that verify functionality, performance, reliability, scalability and security of applications and components
Must have hands on experience designing from scratch and implementing KPI, Metrics, Executive Reports for the ground up, and distributing daily/weekly to the team and Executive Management
