Job Description

Senior Identity/Access Management Engineer with experience providing day to day support of on-shore and off-shore support personnel around Access and Provisioning as well as resolving issues, ensuring SLA's are achieved and managing escalation process.

Working knowledge of Active Directory, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM), IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), and hands on Powershell scripting required.

Day to day activities include user and robotic provisioning, privileged access integration, identity administration, access management, password management, password synchronization, performance tuning, operations oversight for various technologies such as Active directory, ISIM/SAM, PKI, ADFS, Entrust, Centrity, monitoring security and compliance events.

The position also works as part of a cross-functional team that deals with the full spectrum of technology and will fulfill the role of third level support for identity management technologies, providing training and direction to other technical staff that perform the bulk of the first and second level support tasks.
