Job Description

Working on creating the Customer freezing application which allows people to do policy changes on the mobile app
A lot of testing on buy button application – need someone to help standardize the changes
Redesigning the company's website
Customer facing role
Be there and help the team create and lead
Someone who is Sr. – no hand holding
Understands mobile, web pages, web applications
Someone who understands all types of testing
This role will:

· Lead product design research efforts (full-lifecycle) in an Agile environment

· Independently identify opportunities to improve the user experience to better serve business needs

· Complete fast-paced projects in a professional manner within a cross-functional team

· Provide human factors engineering and user research to product development teams by planning and conducting contextual research, usability evaluations, focus groups, customer research, competitive analysis, and surveys

· Coordinate and manage participant recruitment efforts

· Create wire-frames, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas



Qualified candidates will offer:

· 5yrs+ experience as UX engineer for web-based, enterprise applications

· Experience leading Mobile, Web Page, and Web Application design

· Passion and enthusiasm for excellent user experiences

· Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

· Currently local to the Orange County, CA area

· Experience with User-centered Design (including RITE and other “guerilla-style” usability methods)

· Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative usability evaluations in a software product setting

· Strong wire-framing skills (including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Visio)

· Strong prototyping skills (using HTML, JavaScript, etc.)

· Strong analytical, collaboration, observational research, and problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to rapidly come up to speed on client business and markets

· Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
