Virtual Assistant Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. Working remotely, you will organize and update files, answer calls and emails, and assist in creating presentations and sales materials. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized.

Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails
Schedule meetings.
Take notes or transcribe meetings
Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
Perform market research.
Create presentations, as assigned.
Book travel and accommodations
Take down notes from meetings/call and log them into your CRM software
Ensure follow-ups are happening at the proper intervals
Assist with sales reports
Conduct research on cold and/or warm leads

Virtual Assistant Qualifications

Must be currently residing in the United States.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP.
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
Excellent time management skills.
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and presentation skills
Two years' previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred
Experience with Outbound/Inbound Calling (fronting, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales)
Knowledge on CRM is a PLUS!


Requirements:

Must have a quiet environment to work in
Must have a working Laptop/Desktop with the ability to run multiple apps simultaneously and quickly
Must have Wired Internet Connection with minimum of 10 MBPS or higher
Must have good sound quality headset with noise cancellation
