Job Description

Candidate will work hand in hand with our Recruiting Manager learning industry standard techniques including sourcing resumes, performing research, account management and variety of administrative related task. Helpful if candidate is interested in staffing, recruiting, HR and administrative support. This position will provide quality training to work in entry level recruiting and administrative roles. Must be willing to work in a timely fashion, learn quickly and be able to multitask. We currently hire in drivers in the transportation industry.

$200-2000 per placement depending on the client.

Requirements:
1.Home office with internet access
2. Availability Between 8 am-7 pm EST Monday- Friday (minimum 6 hour shift within those hours)
3. Comfortable with commission structure/ 1099 employee
4. Strong administrative skills and multi-tasking a Must Have

Job Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains a full understanding of the industry related markets. Confers with our company about client staffing needs and requirements. Develops and maintains relationships with candidates through a variety of sources electronically. Develops networks with external sources to continually improve sourcing opportunities. Manages the necessary sourcing and advertising of openings. Sources, prescreens and interviews applicants. Tracks and manages applicants using ATS technology. Coordinates communications with applicants and our recruiting team-Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences in all phases of recruitment process.-Supports our diversity initiatives and objectives. Develops a full understanding of, and utilizes, reporting features of requisition and applicant tracking system
