Job Description:

Provide clerical support to the Logistics Department with on time shipping, dispatching, handling of imports and exports, freight billing, Logistics projects and responding to customer complaints.


· Data Entry into Billing files

· Weekly Filing

· Accounts Payable

· Must be proficient in MS-Excel and MS-Word

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.


· 2+ years of experience in QuickBooks

· Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines

· Proficient in Computer Applications

· Good organizational skills

· Excellent communication skills

· High school diploma; further education a plus

· Bilingual (Spanish)
