Business Analyst

Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst is the liaison between the functional business units and the technology group responsible for the review, analysis and evaluation of existing business systems against customer needs._ They are responsible for the effective discovery, documentation, scope definition and validation of customer business needs with project stakeholders._ The Business Systems Analyst must be able to translate the customer business needs into execute application and operational requirements and accurately communicate those needs to the technology team in a manner consistent with company process and documentation guidelines._ They own the requirements process and are responsible for the delivery of all required artifacts throughout the project life cycle. In addition, they lead testing efforts, ensuring that issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner._ The Business Systems Analyst must be effective communicators, possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and demonstrate a strong functional knowledge of commonly used-concepts, practices and procedures in business analysis processes and procedures._ They must be able to work independently and manage themselves to commitments and deadlines while working under general supervision._ Experience in a Pharma or Life Sciences industry is a big plus._ Need excellent communication skills.
