Detailer

Bring in vehicle for detailing De-nib painted areas, buff and polish_ o Do any requested touch-up painting by management & customer_ o Throw out any trash with the vehicle_ o Vacuum rugs, seats, trunk or rear area of vehicle_ o Wipe down interior seats, dash, door panels,_ o Make sure old parts are removed from vehicle(check with shop mgr. if need to keep for Insurance Claim)_ o Clean jambs for dust ,dirt or compound_ o Clean windows (in & out), steel wool window for overspray when needed_ o Wash exterior of vehicle and dry_ o Wash and shine wheels; dress tires_ o Re-stripe vehicle when applicable_ o Check list: exterior, interior and basic functions of vehicle_ o Keep work area clean and organized_ o In between detail of jobs empty other trash barrels with in the shop and sweep bays_ o Maintaining shop quality standards (pre-accident or better)_ * Help keep whole shop clean_

* Keep completed(detailed and check-listed) vehicles in line for delivery_ * Work with paint department to continue paint work flow out of booth_ * Pass in(to front desk) completed checklist and keys_ _ Minimum Requirements: Ability to follow shop requirements, strong attention to detail. _ _ Must have driver's license (unless otherwise discuss)_ _ Experience: 1 year_ _ Specialization: Treating newly painted areas for dust nibs and keen eye _ _ Education: Co-Op program, High School or Vocational Degree_ _ Supervisory Responsibility: None_ _ Working Conditions: Dusty, noisy, push cars, lift parts for installation into vehicles._ _ _ 1. Co-op Program, High School Degree, or Vocational Degree._ _ _ 2. Experience in Auto Detailing or related including work around newly painted areas.
