Salesforce Lead Developer

Leadership of team of developers in configuration and customization of SFDC_ Provide solid design solutions using SFDC configuration and customization techniques_ Manage Salesforce configuration changes_ Effective English communication with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders._ 

At least 8-9 years of IT experience with minimum 5-6 years of hands on experience with Salesforce.com with a detailed understanding of Salesforce operation and configuration_ Hands-on expertise in Salesforce.com data structure and declarative ways of configuring Salesforce_ Experienced with Salesforce data loading tools_ 

Experienced in Apex programming, JavaScript, Visual Force components_ 

Hands-on experience with deployment tools, data management tools, metadata management tools_ In-depth experience working in SFDC Sales Cloud and integrations_ Hands-on experience managing Salesforce configuration changes_ Fluent in Salesforce report and dashboard, both maintenance and creation_ Hands-on experience leading team of developers_ Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment_ Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment_ Knowledge of Sales Cloud, integration via web service_ Apex data loader preferred
