Senior Analyst will work with a team of individuals to support the Microsoft Windows 2003 / 2008 Server and Advanced Server of the customer account, and a large VMware ESXi 5.0 infrastructure located across multiple global data centers.
The support of the server environment includes:Strong knowledge on Windows Operating System and Active Directory concepts.
Management of both physical servers and virtual imageVMware ESX/ESXi expertise (VCP-preferred)Hands-on experience on various Infrastructure Management tools including:IBM / Cisco UCS- System Management software Windows Clustering/ High AvailabilityActive DirectoryDNS, DHCP, WINSTerminal ServerCitrix Metaframe (Optional)Advanced AD (Optional)Blade technologyCompetencies / Tech skills:Required:At least 3-5 years relevant experience on Enterprise Windows 2000 / 2003 Server Platform technologies with knowledge hardware system management tools (i.e. IBM Director, Cisco UCS Manager), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Clustering, TCP/IP Networking concepts, Terminal Server. Strong working knowledge of ITIL-based processes/procedures (Incident & Change management)Knowledge in the following a plus: SAN, NAS, Storage connectivity, Blade Logic or similar automation framework; Peregrine Service Center.
