We are seeking an experienced and results-driven TOSCA QA Lead to drive quality assurance efforts across our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with deep expertise in TOSCA automation tools. This role requires both technical hands-on testing skills and leadership capabilities to manage QA teams and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Lead QA planning and execution efforts, focusing on TOSCA automation testing.
Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using the TOSCA suite.
Define and enforce quality assurance standards, test strategies, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a high-performance testing culture.
Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and recommend process improvements.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of QA metrics, defects, and test status.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles to align QA with development timelines.
Proven experience as a QA Lead with a strong focus on TOSCA automation.
Hands-on expertise with TOSCA test automation tools and frameworks.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.
Experience leading and mentoring QA teams in an Agile or DevOps environment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
TOSCA certifications (e.g., TOSCA Automation Specialist Level 1/2).
Experience integrating TOSCA with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete) is a plus.
Knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and test data management.
