The Role:
-improve material processing of continuous pultrusion operation for thermoplastic materials, scrap reduction, root cause analysis, lean, six sigma
-this process works directly with R&D and focuses on materials, not equipment
Requirements:
-3+ years experience in manufacturing
-engineering degree-mechanical, chemical, materials engineering or related
-strong understanding of chemistry/material interaction-thermoplastic or something similar
-process improvements as it relates to materials-lean six sigma
