Senior Business Analyst with expertise collecting business requirements,designing system process flows and providing functional requirements to support IT/Web/Mobile Application development team efforts. Agile SCRUM experience is required.
Ability to develop business process models and documentation, effectively communicate and document business and IT information in line with agreed processes and procedures, balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts and conduct analysis of business issues and challenges.
Break down requirement into stories and document the flow for each using process diagram and use cases;
Work with end-users to define and execute test scenarios and ensure appropriate end user training; Perform other job-related duties and activities as requested
Proficiency working with process flows, wire frames, VersionOne (Agile_ PM/DevOps software), Mercury Quality Center required.
