Christopher D. Coleman is a Diversity & Inclusion Expert, Keynote Speaker, Author, LGBTQIA Advocate, and a Life Coach. Christopher also has cerebral palsy; due to his disability, he requires assistance with day-to-day personal and professional tasks. His organization Unconfined Life Institute is a non-profit organization. An organization that allows Christopher (and his assistant) to travel to churches, companies, and schools all over the country motivating people through his life story 


The job will entail assisting Christopher in balancing his personal and professional lives starting April 17, 2022. This position is monitored and paid through the State of Georgia. Note: Christopher office/home is in Decatur, GA reliable transportation is required There is an opportunity for you to fill in as a substitute as a part-time or full-time assistant before the position becomes available.

It would be 8 hours days Monday-Friday, 10-6, $16.50 per hour 



Keep in mind we are not doing all of this in a day or week. These are things that may take place in a week. I think it very important to review all the details so there will misunderstanding. 



Main task 

Pick up from the night before and make bed

Help with buttons, tie shoes and get in wheelchair 

Email, phone call, drive to appointments , run errands, shop

Social media post, research, type notes, attend meetings., assist with work projects, Brainstorming  next ideas for income, administration stuff

Keep track of to do list and schedule

Meal prep 

Take of dog

Be available for emergencies 

Login time

Very basic photo and video editing 



Occasionally tasks:

Travel to speaking engagements 

Put together and negotiate contact 

Travel home or vacation 

Take care of him if Sick or hurt 

Advocate for him when people is ignoring or trying to walk over him 



NOTE: 

May need more help some days more then others. 

Will see me nude occasionally 

Must be on time.  

Must be in control of your mental health issues

Must plan for time off. 

Must leave personal issues at home.

Must respect him as your boss. 

His needs and wants come first on the job. 

Maintain privacy and safety.
