Remote Loan Processor Job



Ajilon is partnering with a California-based company in the mortgage industry to fill their open Remote Loan Processor role. This person will lead by example for other processors and maintain a teamwork-oriented mindset while working out of the office. This is a direct hire position paying between $50,000 ¬$70,000 annual salary, depending on experience.



Responsibilities:



Reviewing the file, assisting with partial claims, and addressing conditions

Preparing loan estimates and disclosure documents, auditing and validating data, and calculating income

Partnering with preferred lenders for rates

Providing accurate files to the underwriting team and correcting errors quickly and correctly

Qualifications:5+ years of mortgage loan processing experience with a corresponding lender

Ability to use Calyx software or a similar program is desired

Strong communication skills

Abide by CA and Federal guidelines, and PII regulations at all times

Compensation & Duration:Full-time

Direct Hire

$50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience

Eligible for bonuses per file, and based on performance

Remote, until further notice
