Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce.com Senior Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions with a focus on data modeling, platform configuration, and customization within Salesforce. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Mule, Visualforce, Apex development, and Lightning Web Components to deliver high-performance, reusable solutions. The ideal candidate will also guide a development team, ensuring quality and best practices, including achieving over 90% code coverage in unit tests.

You will also be responsible for integrating Salesforce with external applications, implementing Omni-Channel, and working on complex development tasks that require creative problem-solving skills. This role requires collaboration with various business units and the ability to turn functional requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and design Salesforce solutions focused on data modeling and system customization.

Design and develop high-performance, reusable Lightning Components to enhance user experiences.

Develop solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Mule, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

Guide the development team on writing unit test classes and ensure over 90% code coverage.

Translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications.

Identify and resolve bugs while aligning solutions with business needs.

Oversee Testing Automation, bug fixing, and deployment to production.

Continuously evaluate and suggest better solutions to improve existing processes.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and emerging industry trends.

Provide expertise on CTI integration and contact center solutions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure the best practices are followed in all stages of development.

Required Skills and Experience:

7+ years of core development experience with Salesforce.com.

2+ years of experience with Omni-Channel, Lightning Components, Lightning Events, and Lightning Pages.

5+ years of development experience in Visualforce, Apex, and Process Flows.

2+ years of development experience with Mule.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and integration technologies.

Proficiency in Salesforce Omni-Channel administration, including routing, queues, managing users, roles, profiles, security, and reports.

Experience designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation.

Ability to integrate external applications to Salesforce.

Experience with enterprise application development and customer-facing interfaces.

Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud.

Experience in integrating Salesforce with Angular or React applications is a plus.

Knowledge of Open CTI Integration and Service Cloud implementation.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in UX integration with SFDC.

Expertise in integrating Salesforce with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.

Familiarity with Service Cloud and implementation best practices.
